I’ve spent my life teaching normal people how to get strong, fight, use firearms, and get closer to feeling confident and self-reliant. Firearms Coaching and Seminars

Self-defense focused pistol, rifle, and shotgun coaching. I will get you comfortable with operating your home defense and concealed carry firearms, while teaching you how to continue improving your skills on your own.

Online Coaching – Firearms or Strength Training

Dry fire based firearms coaching designed to improve weapon handling skill and shooting performance.

Online strength and nutrition coaching. Barbell based with custom weekly programming and video review after every workout.

Self Defense Coaching and Seminars

Full spectrum self defense from learning how to stay safe when dealing with unknown individuals, to dealing with an attack, and integrating concealed carry firearms, knives, pepper spray, or other weapons.
